1. Prepare your photo(s) - Take photos with a digital camera and upload them to your computer before continuing. Photos should be in .JPG format and be less than 1 Megabyte. Ideally we prefer digital photos to be 4.3 inches wide with a resolution of 72. Horizontal photos show better than vertical photos. After you submit your online order form, there will be a photo input section where you will upload them directly off your hard drive. If the files are too big, or you prefer to email them separately, feel free to email them to: info@fsbo-kc.com

2. Place your order - It's fast and easy to place your property on FSBOLawrence.com. Simply click the button at the bottom of this page: CONTINUE WITH AD. This will take you to our automated, online order system. Follow the step by step instructions. You can pay online with any major credit card. After you submit your order, you'll be asked to provide your email and a password. With this info, you'll be able to go online and change your words, price or photos at anytime, at your convenience!
